Guest house ‘Maison Le Trion’

One of the 18th-century farmhouses in Le Trion has since 1995 been converted into a unique guest house. Le Trion is a hamlet in walking distance from the little village called La Vineuse, situated a bit higher up.The whole year through Fritz and Greet put the biggest part of the renovated farmhouse and the surrounding vast pasture at the disposal of welcome holidaymakers. ‘Maison Le Trion’ is fully and comfortably equipped, while kept subtly modest and snug by Greet and Fritz, in order to guarantee a high-quality reception. The location also perfectly suits the culture lover’s taste, and will especially satisfy devotees of medieval art.

The premises with the natural-stoned front, the large courtyard and square tower are magnificent eye-catchers in the splendid environment. Supported by solid buttresses the construction stands firm along the slope, in full harmony with the slanting Burgundian landscape. Together with the age-old Romanesque village churches, Le Trion breathes the rhythm of the seasons and reflects the peace and quiet of nature.

The guest house is also suitable to accommodate larger groups of maximum 10 persons, when conferred with the owners.

Fritz will gladly organize opportunities for grand nature walks, visits to local winegrowers, cultural excursions or events.
